Antura Projects proved to meet the high demands very
well. It included ease of use, functional and technical requirements,
integrability and information security. In addition, competence and references
from similar assignments were required. Antura has previously been trusted to
deliver Antura Projects to Kraftstaden, the municipal property organization and
Trollhättan Energi, the municipality's electric utility company. These are two
organizations that have implemented Antura Projects successfully and are now
working very effectively with all their projects in the system, and have seen
positive effects. Among other things, it was one of several decisive factors
that made the choice obvious forCity of Trollhättan.
The implementation of Antura Projects is already
planned and underway, and with the tool City of Trollhättan will achieve
several important goals. They will get the right system support to enable
overall visualization and control of their entire project portfolio, project
managers will be able to work more efficiently. Antura Projects will also
enable system support for better reporting of ongoing and planned projects to
management. The management will in turn get a better picture of the daily
operations with all ongoing and planned projects. At the same time, the system
enables smoother and more effective collaboration around the entire project
management operations.
