Over the
next few years NCC, a leading company in the Nordics in construction,
infrastructure and real estate development, will work with fsb of Denmark, the
largest public housing organization in Copenhagen. The framework agreement runs
for four years and is worth in excess of SEK 3.3 billion (around
£270 million). Projects relate to
planning, renovation and new construction of real estate, and are valued in the
region of SEK 800 million.
With the
new partnership in place, NCC has decided to implement Antura Projects, thereby securing a comprehensive, configurable, and user-friendly tool for its project,
portfolio and resource management.
With Antura
Projects, NCC hopes to achieve the following:
A better
collaboration between NCC, architects and technical consultants
Greater
transparency with the end client, fsb
Improved
resource management and cost control in projects
Efficient
reporting at portfolio level, with visual charts and reports
Since
Antura Projects has been very well received within the consortium, NCC
has decided to roll out the system also to other parts of the organization
starting within its Engineering department.
